The company joined the Não Demita (“Don’t fire”) movement and opted not to make use of the Federal Government's provisional measures that allowed it to reduce wages in a manner proportional to working hours. To support employees in dealing with the psychological impact of the pandemic, CTG Brasil prepared guides and promoted online sessions of methodologies for mental balance. Further, the leadership joined virtual meetings to share the challenges of remote team management and exchange learning.
The consolidation of corporate culture was also evident in the IDEO 2020 survey, which helped to assess the effectiveness of the Culture Project. In one year, the company positively evolved in the six parameters of the survey, which was considered by the consultancy responsible for the methodology as an exceptional performance.
