PEOPLE
The CTG Academy was launched in April 2020 in a fully digital environment. Structured on six pillars, it includes two outstanding fronts: the Leadership Development Program (LDP) and the Digital Academy.

The first foresees the participation of leaders in face-to-face immersion workshops in each of the pillars. In 2020, these meetings were replaced by warm-up sessions, lasting two hours each. The Digital Academy provides a catalog of contents and 88 Knowledge Trails for each employee to study, read or consume this information as per their own interest and availability.

The CTG Academy also consolidates the Subsidy Program for continuing education and language courses. In 2020, 234 people benefited from this incentive, an increase of 27% over the previous year. Despite online training initiatives, the average number of training hours in the year was 34% lower compared to the previous year. This is because some face-to-face activities had to be suspended, due to the impossibility of carrying out the courses on a virtual basis.
