COMMUNITIES
With investments in the order of R$ 3.5 million, a a Research and Development (R&D) initiative gave more reach to traditional channels, such as Telecheia and meetings of the Operation System in Emergency Situations (SOSEm).

The project, started in late 2019 and completed in early 2021, involved the creation of a tool, with the logic of social media, initially in a pilot project at the Jupiá plant. The new solution brings even more dynamism to the management of the topic at CTG Brasil, which has a robust monitoring, training and communication system. The Dam Safety Plan (DSP) is the umbrella of this management model, as provided for in the National Dam Safety Policy, updated in 2020 with the approval of Act No. 14.066.
