Local development

We develop, foment and support social projects in the surroundings where our operations are located.

Our strategy considers investments with own and incentive resources (culture, sports, seniors, children and adolescents and health) with public notices for funding on social project selection and monitoring platforms. Discover some of our projects.

Usina de Negócios

The Business Factory (Usina de Negócios) program began in 2020, with a diagnosis of productive and entrepreneurial vocations and potential entrepreneurs and local productive groups that could be supported. We invested BRL 2.4 million of our own resources to boost socioeconomic development and increase income generation with direct monitoring of professional training and the adoption of good practices by the groups involved.

The beneficiaries also receive a capital contribution for the acquisition of equipment and production inputs, support in strengthening their contact networks and business management, in addition to having their results monitored by the program’s team, such as the increase in income of families and their production, business longevity, among others.

Projeto Guri

Based on the Rouanet Law, together with Fundação Santa Marcelina, we sponsor Guri Project (Projeto Guri), a music education and sociocultural inclusion program run by the Department of Culture and Creative Economy of the Government of the State of São Paulo. There are currently nine musical centers operating in the cities of Avaré, Castilho, Fartura, Itaí, Ilha Solteira, Mirante do Paranapanema, Rosana, Salto Grande and Sandovalina, directly benefiting more than a thousand students, including children and young people from 6 to 18 years old.

Museu Planeta Água

We are sponsors of Planet Water Museum (Museu Planeta Água), the first interactive museum in Brazil on the theme of water. Located in Curitiba, Paraná, the space addresses in a multidisciplinary and comprehensive way the most varied aspects related to the water resource, its uses and functions – among them the generation of energy, which has brought quality of life to the entire planet and enabled social development, industrial and commercial nations. The purpose of the space is to offer visitors an immersive experience in all aspects involving water.
