CTG Brasil opens applications for the 2024 Internship Program

CTG Brasil, one of the leaders in clean energy generation in the country, launches the 4th edition of its Internship Program. In total, there are ten opportunities for undergraduate students in Administration, Agronomy, Biology, Accounting Sciences, Law, Economics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics and Psychology, and five opportunities for students in technical courses in Automation, Electrical, Electronics and Electrotechnical .

To participate, you must be expected to complete the course in December 2025 or 2026 and be at least 18 years old. The scheduled start date is March 2024 and there are opportunities for São Paulo (SP), Chavantes (SP), Ilha Solteira (SP) and Três Lagoas (MS).

Interested parties can apply on the CTG Brasil page on LinkedIn, using this link for undergraduate courses and using this link for technical courses. Registration can be made until November 5th.

“We operate in a sector essential to the economy, so we are looking for talent willing to develop a successful career. Our team is multidisciplinary, from administration to plant operation. Within our internship program, the student will have the opportunity to get to know the electrical sector and the company itself better, in addition to putting into practice the knowledge they have acquired at university”, says Tatiana Garrido, director of People & Culture, Communication and Occupational Health from CTG Brasil.

The candidate selection process will be virtual and will involve tests, interviews with the Recruitment and Selection team, a panel with managers and interviews with the leaders of each internship area. Knowledge of English, Office package and Power BI is desirable (non-eliminatory). The program will value skills such as a sense of ownership, caring for people, adaptability, agility, collaborative profile and efficiency.

Those selected will receive a scholarship compatible with what is practiced in the market and benefits such as meal vouchers, food vouchers, transport vouchers, medical and dental assistance.
