Hi everyone, I started my career at CTG Brasil in December 2018 as a third-party employee working at the reception desk. After almost a year of learning and supporting the Facilities team, I took part in the selection process for the position of Facilities Analyst and in October 2019 I effectively became a professional at CTG Brasil. I would like to say a huge thank you to the entire Facilities team who encouraged and supported me to accept this opportunity. In February 2022 I had another opportunity, now in the Benefits area within People and Culture. I was studying for a degree in People Management and was able to put my theoretical knowledge into practice. Today, in 2024, I remain in the area and I have learned a lot from my coworker and I am very proud of my career at CTG Brasil.

I started my career at CTG Brasil in 2018 with a Voith outsourced company (Eletrolis) in lot 1, as an Occupational Safety Technician (1 year and 6 months). Soon after, I received an offer from Grupo Energia to work on lot 2, as an electrical engineering technical assistant for 2 years, at which point I had the opportunity to migrate to randstad as an electrical technician (inspector) in the modernization team. In 2021 I was given the opportunity to join CTG Brasil by my coordinator Roberto Kagesawa and I'm working on modernization.

CTG Brasil has completely changed my life, starting with the opportunity to get my first job in the corporate sector, and I feel that since then, my dreams, goals and objectives have gone far beyond what I once dreamed of. Thank you very much CTG Brasil. I started my career at CTG Jupiá on 16/01/2018, as 3rd, in the 1st batch, overseeing the modernization of the Jupiá Power Plant. On 01/14/2022, I joined the permanent staff of CTG Brasil working at HPP Jupiá. Six machines have already been modernized, and today I am the oldest professional involved in the entire process of modernizing the machines. I can only say thank you and wish that God bless CTG Brasil and all the professionals who are part of this great company.

My history with CTG Brasil began in April 2019. During the first three years (2019 to 2021) I dedicated myself to leading the Integrated Management System area and the CTG Brasil Management System Implementation project, which ended with the achievement of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 55001 certifications, making CTG Brasil the only company to have an integrated management system with these 4 certifications in the Brazilian energy sector. In 2022, I had the opportunity to delve deeper into the Health & Safety processes and in 2023, with the organizational restructuring, I was given the challenge of managing the Risk, Internal Controls and Quality areas, including the issues of Delegation of Authorities, Business Continuity Plan and Crisis Management. At CTG Brasil, I always have new challenges and the opportunity to develop and grow. I feel privileged to be able to participate in and lead matters of such relevance to the company and to help CTG Brasil write a brilliant history in the Brazilian energy sector, being a reference for various matters in which I also work.

I've been at CTG Brasil for just over two years, but I feel as if I've always been part of this story. I remember the first time I set foot on Ilha Solteira and the impact that plant had on me. I was amazed and felt the power of being at one of Brazil's largest hydroelectric plants. I looked at the endless row of UGs and couldn't reach the horizon. I was received here in a very welcoming way, and I have always noticed how special it is to learn every day from this rich culture, and to honor the traditions of this country that I respect and admire so much. I'm very proud to be part of a team where safety, excellence and caring for people come first. And above all, to know that our purpose is as great and as beautiful as the name and history of CTG Brasil.

It's been 7 years of CTG's 10 years in Brazil, being at PCHs even though I had already been in the energy market for 21 years, working in Distribution and Transmission, was starting over again, with an opportunity to get to know, learn and work with Power Generation. I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity I've received and I'm proud to be a part of it. May there be many, many years of CTG Brasil together!

I started at CTG Brasil in 2016, when the concession for the Paraná River plants changed and CTG Brasil began operating the Ilha Solteira and Jupiá plants. At the time, I was a Production Technician at the Ilha Solteira HPP and carried out pre- and post-operation activities. Some time later, I joined the Operations Engineering team as an Operations Support Analyst and am currently the Operations Coordinator at the Ilha Solteira HPP. During these years I have had the opportunity to take part in various projects, which have given me great learning and development, including the modernization of the Ilha Solteira HPP and the integration of the new COG CTG Brasil. I am very proud to work for CTG Brasil and to have become the Operations Coordinator for Ilha Solteira, a plant of great importance to the SIN (National Interconnected System), CTG Brasil's largest and where I started my career. I started at CTG Brasil in September 2018 working in the HR department. During my time at CTG Brasil, I've had the opportunity to work on a number of projects, mainly professional exchanges between Brazil and China. In 2023, at the celebration of 10 years of CTG Brazil, I received the recognition of "Outstanding Employee", something very remarkable in my career. For the next few years, I hope to contribute more and more to the company's growth and perhaps have the opportunity to visit our headquarters in China!

I have been an employee of CTG Brasil since September 15, 2014. I am currently the company's longest-serving employee in Brazil. I'm very proud of my history so far. As Director of Corporate Finance, I led the fundraising that was fundamental to the investments in all the projects. I am currently the Director responsible for the company's administrative area, which includes the treasury, accounting and tax departments (located in Curitiba) and also the administrative department at the plants (distributed across all the power generation plants). I would like to thank CTG Brasil for the opportunity to work in the Brazilian energy sector. A sector that will positively revolutionize our country and our world.

I joined the Environment and Heritage team at CTG Brasil in São Paulo in 2016. The following year I was transferred to HPP Garibaldi, where I was able to experience the atmosphere and day-to-day operations of a power plant. In 2019 I returned to São Paulo with the mission of coordinating not only environmental activities but also R&D projects related to socio-environmental issues. At CTG Brasil, I have always had the opportunity to develop and grow, and in the year in which the company celebrated its 10th anniversary, I took over the Sustainability area, with a focus on supporting CTG Brasil's journey towards achieving its ESG targets and contributing to a better world. For everything I've experienced and for the opportunities and people I've met in this company, I'm very happy.

I started my career at CTG BRASIL in 2015 with the acquisition of the Garibaldi HPP in Santa Catarina. Throughout this period, I have been able to follow the company's growth, not only with the acquisition of new projects, but also in terms of values, ethics and care for life and the environment.
